My husband and I recently used Chef Bryce to cater our wedding reception. Not only were we extremely thrilled with his services, but all of our guests were asking for his business card afterward. Now that's an achievement!
Bryce helped us to select the menu, met with us to go over the preparation in advance, and took care of much more than I ever expected. We were very pleased with his food, which is delicious, fresh, and presented in a beautiful manner. His poached salmon was as beautiful as it was delicious. We were delighted with the decorations that he used to enhance the entire dining area and the detail and labor that he obviously put into the entire event. His staff was also very efficient, courteous and eager to please us. I would also like to add that his portions were very generous, which is something that I noticed that other caterers will skimp on. Not Bryce though, his work is like a piece of art that he is signing off on when he's finished. I applaud his skills and his wonderful service. I would highly recommend him to anyone who enjoys quality, quantity, fair prices and great service. We have nothing but praise for him and his work.
